We use a computerised accounts system which would maintain your sales and purchase ledgers, cash book and bank reconciliations. It would also be used to automatically generate your VAT returns if you are registered for VAT.
The accounts system can also be used to generate your sales invoices and also send regular statements to your clients if required.
